durrrr is Challenging all Full Tilt Poker Pros
The brand new section offers online poker players and followers the chance to stay on top of this incredible online poker challenge and receive timely challenge details. With this innovative “durrrr Challenge” portal fans can view all the details and look at each hand played during this poker challenge, and check out tons of statistical information, including number of hands played, time of session, amount won, average won during each hand and tons more.
Around six months ago, the twenty-three year old internet poker player handed out a heads-up poker challenge open to any player with the money, time and capability to accept it. Any player entering the poker challenge has to bet $500,000 against Dwan’s $1.5 million. durrrr’s challenge states that a minimum 50,000 poker hands need to be played simultaneously at 4 or more tables of no-limit Hold’em or pot-limit Omaha. At the end of the challenge, the poker player who has more cash will win the pool. Essentially if you enter the Full Tilt Challenge and win $1 after the 50,000 poker hands, then you will earn Dwan’s $1.5 Million, but if he succeeds by a dollar then he will earn your $500,000.
To date, a number of poker pros have consented to play the “durrrr challenge”, including Full Tilt Poker Star Phil Ivey and David Benyamine, though, only Patrick Antonius has agreed to the durrrr challenge. Thus far, both players have engaged in a total of 20,647 hands out of 50,000, with Tom Dwan up by $726,546 total.

Online Texas Hold’em Scandal will be shown on 60 Minutes

On Sun., Nov. 30th the CBS network will premiere their investigation special “How Online Gamblers Unmasked Cheaters”. This documentary was filmed after a 4 month inquiry into the online poker business and in particular a cheating scandal in relation to the online poker site Absolute Poker.
This Texas Hold’em room was probed after a number of the Texas Hold’em poker players on the site said that some person was dishonestly winning a huge amount of cash. Todd Witteles was a crucial player in this examination, according to him; he was losing large amounts of poker hands to the very same poker player. Witteles alleges that this man was raising against very good hands, the majority of people would have guessed he was simply handing over his money, but he was incredibly winning poker chips.
Witteles was correct with his statements, much later it was shown that a poker player who knew about the site was able to view everyone´s poker hole cards. With the first look, Absolute Poker stated that there were no problems with the page or the poker competitor. After numerous players showed up with allegations, the Texas Hold’em poker website studied further into the issue and made the discovery.
Around Jan. of 2008, the KGC exposed what the poker players and the poker webpage had assumed all along. The result of the investigation was that, there was a worker who had hacked the poker page’s security system and was competing unlawfully for close to six weeks. The investigation showed that the poker webpage had not gained from the unlawful activities whatsoever, and was positively not implicated.
These scams are further testimony that there ought to be more control regarding Texas Hold’em poker pages. The United States government should authorize and control the internet Texas Hold’em business to defend these upright consumers. These guidelines would also regulate the admission to these pages by young children, which is turning into another fear lately.

Could I really make money in the Game of Poker Tournaments?
Imagine if you were to have a chat with any ordinary guy or girl off the street about online Texas Hold’em poker, they possibly wouldn’t consider online Texas Hold’em poker to be a game of tactics, plans, or study. More than likely when you point out online poker with them, they would almost certainly picture some acquaintances lounging around their living room table talking and smoking cigarettes. They also might consider Texas Hold’em to be a game of fate as opposed to skill, closer to a game of craps rather than checkers, for example.
So the big question is: “Could I become a millionaire playing poker?”. You may have your doubts but, the answer to this question is a very strong “yes”. Numerous folks not just make a profit by playing Texas Hold’em poker, but also earn some big bucks by playing the game. The most important thing you have to remember about online Texas Hold’em is that while you can play in a Las Vegas casino, next to blackjack tables and slot machines; in poker you are not working against the house but against other poker competitors. So, in all reality, you are gambling your poker chips against other players in a match of aptitude as opposed to a game of luck.
You might be thinking to yourself: “What about the luck factor?” Of course in Texas Hold’em, no one really knows which poker cards will be dealt out. That doesn’t indicate that you cannot play poker with a clear amount of pre-game knowledge. One main issue to remember in Texas Hold’em poker is that numbers can be your best friend. Statistics plays a very significant role in the game of Texas Hold’em poker. Not forgetting, that even if you get fairly fortunate every once in while the figures always seem to bring you back down to earth.
Try to remember that LV casino games comparable to poker where you are in fact competing versus other actual competitors CAN be won. The more you play the game of online poker, you will find out that it is more of game of expertise as opposed to just genuine chance.
